Gold prices in the Egyptian market on early Saturday have rose by one pound.
The Twenty-four carat gold is sold for EGP 312.06 in local markets; while the widely-spread in Egypt Twenty-one carat gold is sold for EGP 273.53.
For the 18 carat gold, it is sold on Thursday for EGP 234.48.
According to initial estimates released this morning, the gold pound has hit EGP 2145.0; while the silver’s price reached EGP 6.38 per gram.
For his part, Nady Naguib – member of the gold traders chamber – said the gold prices in Egypt have increased during Saturday’s trading powered by pumping new amounts of gold bullion in the global bourses.
