Egypt: gold prices today – January 14
Gold prices today in Egypt dropped by around 5 Egyptian pounds ($0.31) per gram.
According to data compiled by Amwal Al Ghad on Tuesday, the price of 21-carat gold, the most popular in the local market, reached 689.99 pounds, while 18-carat gold registered 591.42 pounds.
The decline in local market was driven by a drop in the prices of the yellow metal by around $10 to $1,540 per ounce.
