Egypt has strategic wheat reserves for five months – minister

Egypt wheat — Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa met with Supply Minister Ali Moselhy on Monday, January 11, 2020 to ensure supply of strategic reserves of staple commodities during the second wave of the coronavirus.

Egypt’s strategic reserves of wheat are sufficient for five months in the light of preparations for the next season, Supply Minister Ali Moselhy said on Monday.

Moselhy made these remarks during a meeting with Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli to ensure supply of strategic reserves of staple commodities during the second wave of the coronavirus.
