Egypt’s EHA explores collaboration with Alvarez & Marsal for enhanced healthcare

Egypt Healthcare Authority (EHA) Chairman Ahmed El Sobky met with Alvarez & Marsal’s Marija Simovic at Arab Health 2025 to discuss potential collaboration in key areas like operations, digital transformation, and financial efficiency.

El Sobky highlighted the alignment with Egypt’s goal of adopting global best practices and revealed plans for a tripartite agreement with Alvarez & Marsal and the World Bank to assess and improve healthcare facilities nationwide.

The EHA aims to leverage Alvarez & Marsal’s expertise to optimise operations and share Egypt’s healthcare reform experience regionally.
