Egypt’ Housing Min. explores cooperation with real estate platform

Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbiny held a meeting with founder of the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform Ahmed El Batrawy to explore potential collaboration, the Egyptian Cabinet reported on Monday.

The meeting covered the platform’s operating model, similar global experiences, and its expected impact on Egypt’s real estate sector.

Discussions also addressed the Housing Ministry’s approach to property offers, target demographics, and market classifications.

El Sherbiny emphasised the importance of considering Egypt’s unique urban development experience and real estate market dynamics. He called for a clear vision and actionable goals to be implemented in coordination with the ministry and relevant authorities.
