Minister – Egypt Mulls Anti-Dumping Action against Turkish Steel Imports

Egypt is looking into a possible anti-dumping action against Turkish steel imports, with the aim of safeguarding local industry, Minister of Trade and Industry Mounir Fakhry Abdel-Nour said on Monday.

The Egyptian minister further stated that the government is highly concerned with safeguarding the local industry and protecting consumers’ rights.

“The trade ministry is careful to protect the local industry from any harmful practices,” he added
