Egypt has started implementing a sanitation project in Dakahlia governorate, with a $550 million loan that was obtained from the World Bank Group, announced chairman of Dakahlia Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage Company on Sunday.
The project will serve about 155 villages in Dakahlia, Sharqia, and Beheira governorates as well as 833,000 citizens, the chairman further added.
The official further said that the anticipated project will be focused in Egyptian regions of Mit Ghamr, El Senbellawein, Aga, El Manzala, and Dekernes.
