Egypt partakes in preparations for G20 summit in China

Egypt has joined the G20’s efforts preparing for the upcoming summit of the group, which will be hosted by Hangu, China, early in September upon an invitation from China which currently chairs the group.

Minister Plenipotentiary Ragi el Etribi, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s representative to the group, led the Egyptian delegation to a high-level meeting in Xiamen island for the final preparations for the summit.

The president’s representative expounded Egypt’s views regarding international economic issues, mainly the stagnant global economy and ways to enhance global economy in terms of trade and investment to avoid a new stagnation crisis.
