Egypt posts giant leap in oil transportation system: minister
Egypt’s oil sector executing new plans that aim to improve the efficiency of transportation and distribution system of petroleum products to fulfill domestic needs, said Oil Minister Tarek el-Molla on Saturday.
El-Molla made these remarks during ameeting of the general assembly of Nile Company for Petroleum Marketing to endorse the business outcomes for 2018, the ministry said in a statement.
The minister asserted that the transportation and distribution system of petroleum products has witnessed a quantum leap nationwide over the past few years, which he said has contributed to the oil market stability.
Meanwhile, el-Molla urged taking all security, safety, and environmental protection measures while transporting and unloading fuels from warehouses to supply stations.
