Egypt reports 338 new coronavirus cases, 12 deaths, recoveries rise by 160

Egypt reported on Wednesday 338 new coronavirus cases, taking the toll to 10,431, according to a health ministry statement.

The country also announced 12 new deaths that took the tally of virus fatalities to 556. However, 160 more patients recovered and have been discharged from quarantine hospitals, for a total of 2,486 recoveries, the statement said.
