Egypt rolls out simplified tax plan for earners below EGP 15m

Egypt’s Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk announced on Sunday a new simplified tax system for small businesses, freelancers, and professionals earning up to 15 million Egyptian pounds.

The Egyptian government has introduced a new initiative to attract small investors by offering incentives and facilities. Kouchouk is encouraging small investors to register and benefit from these opportunities.

“Plan your projects… and know in detail the future tax obligations through the pre-opinion system,” Kouchouk concluded.
