Egypt Sabbour to finalise engineering consultancies of New El Alamein’s Cabinet HQ

Egypt’s Sabbour Consulting will complete the engineering consultancies of the Cabinet’ new headquarters in New El Alamein City, northwest of Cairo, within the current period, its chairman Hussein Sabbour said Wednesday.

The company has been earlier mandated to carry out the designs and the engineering consultancies to establish a bunch of new governmental facilities and utilities works in New El Alamein City’s first phase, Sabbour further added.

New El Alamein City is being execute over of 48,917 feddans, the Egyptian official stated, referring that it is set to attract nearly three million populations.

“The city will include 20,000-25,000 hotel rooms on a space of 77,70 feddans as well as 14 residential districts, besides residential, logistics, commercial, and services areas,” Sabbour said.
