Egypt’s Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny met officials from Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) on Tuesday to discuss potential investments in new cities, the Maspero redevelopment zone, and the Marina tourist centre, the Cabinet said.
El-Sherbiny said the ministry, through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), is offering multiple mechanisms to attract investors, particularly in fourth-generation cities, as part of efforts to maximise land use.
Talks also reviewed proposed sites and master plans for projects in Marina and opportunities in the Maspero Business Tower project. The minister instructed officials to continue coordination with SED to advance discussions towards implementation.
