Egypt seeks to sell 18 million sqm of unexploited lands in Q2 2018
Egypt’s Ministry of Public Business Sector announced that the valume of unexploited assets has reached 290 assets, most of which are lands with areas that exceed 18 million metre square.
A source with knoweledge told Amwal Al Ghad that the ministry is seeking to start the procedures of exploiting these assets through offering them up for sale during the second quarter of the current year.
On the other hand, the ministry is working on changing the licenses of the lands from the industrial activity to commercial and residential in order to offer them to real estate developers.
