Egypt, Sudan Agree To Activate Joint Agricultural, Water Projects

Egypt and Sudan have agreed to activate agricultural and water integration projects. The remark was made during a visit made on Saturday by Minister of Agricultural and Land Reclamation Salah Helal and Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi to Sennar, Sudan’s third biggest province.

The two ministers were accompanied by Sudanese Agriculture and Irrigation Minister Ibrahim Adam.

Egypt’s agriculture minister said that the Sudanese-Egyptian agro-research center will be activated to make use of it in establishing joint projects in the agricultural, livestock and fish production fields.
