Egypt takes part in IOSCO’s 40th Annual Conference in London
Egypt’s market regulator is taking part in the 40th Annual Conference of the world’s largest organisation of financial regulators (IOSCO).
The 40th Annual Conference of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) is taking place on Sunday 14 June to Thursday 18 June 2015 in London, UK.
The Egyptian delegation to IOSCO’s event is headed by Sherif Samy, Chairman of the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA).
With the theme of Building a new financial world, IOSCO 2015 offers unrivalled opportunities to gain insight from global senior industry figures on the latest challenges and developments in the global financial sector.
Network with over 600 senior delegates from the UK and around the world, including representatives from over 200 of the global securities markets regulation industry will be attending IOSCO event.
IOSCO is the global organisation of securities regulators and is responsible for elaborating policies and standards that market supervisors implement internationally. It has over 200 member organisations and its membership regulates more than 95% of the world’s securities markets.
