Egypt got third place in providing electronic trade services for the African continent, a United Nations report revealed.
The report further clarified that the major factors upon which electronic trade deployment is determined are internet services spread rate, the ability to provide e-payment solutions, products and services fast delivery for users, and credit and payment cards spreading rate.
Moreover, the report showed that Mvrshyvs Island and South Africa take lead in electronic trade, while Tunisia came in the fourth place in services.
It also noted that electronic trade volume among institutions reached US$15 trillion worldwide, while individuals- institutions volume estimated US$1.2 trillion.
