Egypt hopes to build two technology parks in a year- minister
Egypt is expected to carry out two technology parks in one year before the next edition of Cairo ICT 2015, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Yasser ElKady stated.
The minister made these remarks during Cairo ICT 2015 closure on Wednesday, stressing that the implementation mechanisms of the project will be set as soon as possible.
The four-day conference was held at Cairo International Conference Center (CICC).
Furthermore, ElKady has actively participated in Cairo ICT 2015 where he partook in the final session, held on the first day of the Conference, under the title “the future of digital generation”.
This year’s Cairo ICT saw 22 percent increase in visitors from the previous year, Osama Kamal, managing director of the organizing company, said Wednesday at the closing of the 19th annual Cairo ICT 2015.
He added that the next edition will take place between 27th and 30th November 2016.
