Egypt to deliver 3 buildings in Dar Misr’s second phase: PM

Egypt will deliver three residential buildings in New Minya City within the second phase of the state’s Dar Misr middle-income residential flagship, Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly said on Wednesday.

New Minya City is located north east of the Nile and 250km (155.3 miles) far from Cairo. PM Madbouly also acts as a Minister of Housing.

Kamal Bahgat, Egyptian New Urban Communities Authority’s (NUCA) vice-chairman, said that the country completed implementing 109 buildings in New Damietta City 4.5km (2.8 miles) far from New Damietta Port among Dar Misr.

“We have handed over units in Sadat City, 94km (58 miles) north of Cairo, as part of Dar Misr’s first phase,” Bahgat added. NUCA is an agency under Ministry of Housing.
