Egypt’s state-run Holding Co. for Roads, Bridges, and Land Transportation Projects says it plans to complete some road maintenance works across the country worth 700 million Egyptian pounds ($42.2 million) next December.
The company’s subsidiaries are the main arm that implements road maintenance works and enhance the level of services nationwide, its chairman Adel Salah Turk told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.
“We are winning mandates to maintain a number of road projects per year,” Turk said.
The company also looks to finalise a new major bundle of works exceeding 1 billion pounds before the end of the current year, he added.
