Egyptian ready-made garments council is seeking to increase ready-made garments exports to $12 billion in 2025 up from $3 billion in cooperation with the ministry of industry and trade, the council’s chairman Magdi Tolba told Amwal Al Ghad.
He added on the side lines of Destination Africa the textile and clothing sector in Egypt is always working to introduce modern technologies to the Egyptian industry to keep pace with the latest global developments in this field.
Tolba added that the Egyptian market has witnessed investments inflows from China, India and Turkey .
