Egypt will sign soon the final agreements of two partnership projects that showcased during the country’s investment conference held last March in Sharm El-Sheikh, housing minister announced Sunday.
Minister Moustafa Madbouly made these remarks during his keynote speech at Real Estate Industry in Egypt: Challenges and Opportunities Conference held Sunday and organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
The two projects belong to the Egyptian property developer Palm Hills in partnership with a Saudi investor. One of the two projects locate in Marina City; while the other one is in New Cairo.
