Egypt, UAE sign agreement to prevent double taxation
Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed an agreement on Sunday to eliminate double taxation on income and prevent tax evasion, Amwal Al Ghad Arabic reported.
The agreement shows the commitment of both countries to improving economic relations and bilateral co-operation, especially in the tax field, to promote fair taxation and equal investment opportunities.
The Egyptian Minister of Finance Mohamed Maait, and the UAE Minister of Financial Affairs Mohamed Bin Hadi Al Hussaini, signed the agreement.
