Egyptian Exchange briefing 06/07/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Thursday with the main index, EGX 30, dropping by -1.50 percent to 17,102.30. The index lost 278.03 points, recording a day high value of 17,430.07 and a day low value of 17,078.65.

EGX 70 inched down by 2.66 percent and lost 95.10 points to close at 3,474.23. It recorded a day high value of 3,591.20 and a day low value of 3,470.27.

EGX 30 Capped fell by -1.39 percent and lost 293.10 points to close at 20,849.54. The index recorded a day high value of 21,228.13 and  aday low value of 20,823.62.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap lost around 17 billion EGP.
