Egyptian Exchange briefing 09/05/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Tuesday with the main index, EGX 30, dropping by -1.80 percent to 17,326.27. The index lost 316.70 points, recording a day high value of 17,832.74 and a day low value of 17,276.11.

EGX 70 fell by -0.87 percent to 3,029.61, losing 26.68 points. The index recorded a day high value of 3,081.53 and a day low value of 3,029.61.

EGX 30 Capped inched down by -1.70 percent to 20,798.57, and lost 365.42 points. The index recorded a day high value of 21,368.88 and a day low value of 20,766.24.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap lost around 14 billion EGP today.
