Egyptian Exchange briefing 10/05/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed high on Wednesday with the main index, EGX 30, climbing by 0.97 percent to 17,494.73. The index gained 168.46 points, recording a day high value of 17,494.73 and a day low value of 17,204.43.

EGX 70 rose by 0.65 percent to 3,049.38, gaining 19.77 points. The index recorded a day high value of 3,055.29 and a day low value of 3,019.46.

EGX 30 Capped soared by 1.07 percent to close at 21,021.43 after it gained 222.86 points. The index recorded a day high value of 21,021.43 and a day low value of 20,622.71.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap gained around eight billion EGP today.
