The Egyptian Exchange witnessed a slight drop in two of its main indices and an incline in two other main indices.
The main index, EGX 30, dropped by -0.56 percent to close at 17002.08, the opening value at morning trade was 17098.16. The index recorded a high value of 17162.15, and a low value of 16936.69.
EGX 70 EWI inclined by a percentage of 0.18 percent to 3016.98. The opening value was 3011.63, recording a high value of 3023.35 and a low value of 3008.31.
EGX 50 EWI is another index that witnessed a drop of -0.27 percent to 2918.94. The index’s opening value at morning trade was 2926.79, reaching a high value of 2937.92, and a low value of 2906.14.
EGX 100 EWI inclined slightly by 0.09 percent to 4495.14. The opening value at morning trade was 4491.15, while the highest recorded value was 4507.10 and the lowest recorded value was 4477.97.
The Egyptian Exchange has a market cap of around 1.1 trillion Egyptian pounds.
