Egyptian Exchange market briefing 07/06/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Wednesday with the main index, EGX 30, falling by -0.82 percent to 17,347.57. The index lost 143.61 points, recording  aday high value of 17,602.02 and a day low value of 17,315.75.

EGX 70 soared by 2.80 percent and gained 99.22 points to close at 3,648.26. It recorded a day high value of 3,701.14 and a day low value of 3,549.04.

EGX 30 Capped fell by -1.07 percent and lost 225.59 points to close at 20,790.63. The index recorded a day high value of 21,150.60 and a day low value of 20,783.11.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap lost around nine billion EGP today.
