Egyptian Exchange market briefing 08/06/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed high on Thursday with the main index, EGX 30, rising by 1.00 percent to 17,521.36. It gained 173.79 points, recording a day high value of 17,521.36 and a day low value of 17,304.72.

EGX 70 soared by 0.12 percent and gained 4.24 points to close at 3,652.50. The index recorded a day high value of 3,763.82 and a day low value of 3,596.98.

EGX 30 Capped inched up by 1.01 percent and gained 210.89 points to close at 21,001.52. The index recorded a day high value of 21,001.52 and a day low value of 20,772.50.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap gained around eight billion Egyptian pounds today.
