Egypt’s exports to Saudi Arabia recorded 3.676 billion Egyptian pounds ($514.1 million) in first quarter of 2014, the kingdom’s embassy in Cairo said on Tuesday. Therefore, Saudi market would be the biggest recipient of Egypt’s Q1 exports.
In January, the value of the Egyptian exports to Saudi Arabia registered around EGP 1.239 billion, and then went higher in February to EGP 1.282 billion, attaining lately EGP 1.155 billion in March.
Throughout 2013, the Saudi markets received Egyptian exports at value of EGP 12.930 billion.
