Egyptian food producer Faragalla to become a multinational company

Egyptian food producer Faragalla Food Industries Group is currently studying a number of procedures to become a multinational company without changing its current shareholders.

Mohamed Farag Amer -chairman- stated Thursday that the group aims to be a multinational one in cooperation with The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Amer made these remarks during the inauguration ceremony of Faragalla’s juice factory in Borg El Arab area. The new factory was opened by trade and industry minister Tareq Kabil.

Faragalla Group targets entering a number of markets through producing not only exporting within the upcoming period notably Angola since the group is studying -through one of the largest international lawyer offices- the procedures that guarantee its right in case it established a factory there.

Amer added that the group targets entering the Saudi market as it is currently buying a plot in Al Riyadh to build a factory.
