Egyptian legal firm Tahoun to complete two deals this quarter

Egyptian legal firm Tahoun aims to complete advising on two deals before the end of the current quarter, founder Nermine Tahoun told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.

The two deals are on an acquisition and securing a financing for a major project, Tahoun said.

“They are part of the office’s strategy to complete advising on five deals worth 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($84 million) within 2018 … the deals range from acquisitions and securing finances for major projects,” Tahoun said.

Founded in 1990, Tahoun Consultancy is an Egyptian partnership firm that has been operating since 2009. It is an advisory company, which is specialising in regulatory advisory and compliance services in the areas of commercial, financial, and business law and practice in the country.
