Egyptian Life Takaful- GIG posts premiums up to $29.6 mln in nine months

Egyptian Life Takaful Company (GIG) says it has posted premiums up to 472 million Egyptian pounds ($29.6 million) during the first nine months of the 2019/2020 financial year.

“We plan to maximize our premium portfolio to around 700 million pounds within the current financial year 2019/2020,” GIG’s managing director Ramah Asaad told Amwal Al Ghad on Monday.

The company also seeks to increase its premiums to 1 billion pounds within the upcoming three years, Asaad added.
