Egyptian Life Takaful- GIG ups investment portfolio to $26mn at end-Dec.

Egyptian Life Takaful Company- GIG says its investment portfolio increased to 450 million Egyptian pounds ($26 million) at the end of the first half of financial year 2018/2019.

“We target enhancing our investment portfolio to reach more than 500 million pounds at the end of next June,” GIG’s managing director Rimah Asaad told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday.

GIG achieved premium portfolio worth around 311 million pounds during the first half of financial year 2018/2019, Asaad further said.
