Egyptian pound edges up against US dollar at Monday’s close

The Egyptian pound (EGP) advanced against the US dollar (USD) on Monday, July 14, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

The CBE quoted the average buying rate at EGP 49.4132 and the selling rate at EGP 49.5132, compared with Sunday’s rates of EGP 49.4382 for buying and EGP 49.5088 for selling.
