Egyptian pound flat in early trading
The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) reported slight differences in USD exchange rates at the start of trading on Monday, March 18, 2024,
The National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr both offered the dollar at a buying rate of 47.80 pounds and a selling rate of 47.90 pounds.
The Commercial International Bank (CIB) set a lower rate of 47.75/ 47.80 EGP, while QNB ALAHLI had 47.75/47.85 EGP.
Faisal Islamic Bank’s rates were 47.70/47.80 EGP, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank had the highest rates at 48.52/48.62 EGP, showcasing the dynamic currency market in Egypt.
