Egyptian pound gains vs. US Dollar on March 18 close

The Egyptian pound (EGP) appreciated against the US dollar (USD) on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

The CBE reported an average USD buying rate of EGP 50.4289 and a selling rate of EGP 50.5289, marking a slight decline from Monday’s rates of EGP 50.4581 for buying and EGP 50.5581 for selling
