Egyptian president orders to provide daily workers with insurance in 15 days

Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi ordered, during the inauguration of the first phase of Alamein new city of to finish the procedures of the insurance policies for temporary and seasonal workers “daily workers” within 15 days.

Sisi further called on the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, and the Ministry of Housing to obligate the companies working with them to provide their temporary employees with insurance within 15 days.

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail affirmed that Aman insurance certificate for temporary employment has no procedures or administrative documents, adding that it is worth LE 500 and can be doubled until it reaches LE 2500.

Ismail clarified that Aman certificate’s monthly installment starts from LE 4 and its highest monthly installment is LE 20 with a benefit period of 5 years or 10 years.
