Egyptian Tourism Urbanization Eyes EGP70mn for Food Court Project Soon

Tourism Urbanization Company (Tour CA) in Cairo, Egypt is planning to offer ‘food Court’ project to investors on an area ranging between 7.000 to 10.000 meters during the current  month with total investment cost ups EGP70 million and expected returns estimated at EGP2 million per month, Essam Eldeen Abd El Hady Chairman and Managing Director said.

It is schedule that the project includes Shops, cafes, Bzarat and conference rooms, Abd El Hady noted.

The project is necessary for the company to endorse profits and Compensate losses, noting that the company is seeking boosting its activities, attaining good revenues and reducing losses, he added.
