Egypt’s 6th of October Bridge closed from 12 AM

Hamdy el-Hadidi, head of the Cairo Traffic Department at the Ministry of Interior, announced closing 6^th of October Bridge to resume renewing the bridge breaks on Friday.

A source said the bridge will be closed daily from 12 AM to 6 AM for a month until May, 23.

The source further added that the maintenance works will be divided into two stages, the first phase will last for 15 days for the Giza direction heading to Nasr City and the second stage will take the rest 15 days for the opposite direction from East Cairo heading to Zamalek.
