Egypt’s property developer firm Al Dau says it has started marketing the second phase of Al Dau Heights project in Red Sea, with target sales of 300 million Egyptian pounds ($17 million).
Bahaa Karim Hefzallah, Al Dau Co.’s Marketing Director, told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday that his company expects to complete promoting this phase, which consists of 300 units, before mid-2018.
Al Dau Height includes more than 1,000 units, with spaces ranging between 48 square metres and 300 square metres,” Hefzallah stated, adding that his company is executing the flagship in four phases.
The Egyptian official further referred that Al Dau Co. has earlier marketed the first phase, which involves 300 units.
