Egypt’s CAOA, NTA in talks to boost administrative efficiency

Egypt’s Central Agency for Organisation and Administration (CAOA) and the National Training Academy (NTA) discussed joint efforts to strengthen human resource development and build administrative capacity, the Cabinet said in a statement Thursday.

CAOA head Hatem Nabil and NTA Executive Director Rasha Ragheb explored avenues for technical cooperation, resource sharing and experience exchange aimed at improving the performance of Egypt’s public administration.

The two sides stressed the importance of continued coordination and role integration to advance shared goals, particularly in developing talent and preparing future public sector leaders.
