Egypt’s Capital City zero hour starts, a year after its building plans unveiled

Egypt’s local construction companies start works on the infra-structure of the new administrative capital city first phase today, said the minister of housing Moustafa Madbouli.

The companies would start utilising the government and the residential neighborhoods, the minister noted. In addition, The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has assigned a team to follow up the work on daily basis.

The companies assigned with the capital city infrastructure are mainly Arab Contractors, Holding company for construction and development, Orascom Construction and Hassan Allam Construction
