Egypt’s investment bank CI Capital reported a 38.4 percent growth in its profits to 235.24 million Egyptian pounds ($14.2 million during the first half this year from 169.67 million last year, according to Egypt Today.
Six-month revenues rose to 577.44 million pounds against 425.64 million pounds during the same period in 2018, and that total expenses reached 235.24 million pounds during the period of 2019, up from 76.32 million pounds in 2018, financial indicators showed on Wednesday.
As per standalone profits, they surged 203.14 percent during the first half of the current year to 84.03 million versus 27.72 million pounds during the same period last year.
