Egypt’s CIS covers SME’s finances by Export Development Bank – chairman

Egypt’s Cooperative Insurance Society (CIS) has covered financing for small and meduim-sized enterprises granted by the Export Development Bank of Egypt, announced CIS chairman on Wednesday.

“The society is responsible for covering these financing against the dangers of credit and non-payment, with a total sum insured of 550 million Egyptian pounds ($34.1 million),” Hossam Abdel Aziz further told Amwal Al Ghad.
