Breaking: Egypt’s Constitution Dismissed, Army Chief Says

Three hours after the 48-hour deadline passes, the Egyptian army chief Abdel Fatah al-Sissi has delivered its statement declaring the suspension of the country’s current Islamist-made constitution as well as an early presidential and parliamentary elections to be set within the upcoming period without defining certain schedules yet.
