The Egyptian company, Delta for Construction and Rebuilding signed a netting contract with Delta for Agricultural Development to buy a built-up area (BUA) in Siwa.
The contract is worth 81.435 million Egyptian pounds, according to the disclosure announcement made on Tuesday. The BUA has an area of 233.22 acres, including the buildings and utilities in the area.
Delta for Construction is an Egypt-based public shareholding company which works in the real estate investment sector.
The company’s works in different fields in the sectors of developing, owning, managing, buying, and selling residential real estate properties.
It also works on land subdivision and touristic project development such as resorts and hotels.
