Egypt’s Egygab unveils marketing phase I of Granda Life El Shorouk
Egypt’s property developer firm Egygab Holding has promoted the first phase of its fully-integrated residential flagship Granda Life Compound in El Shorouk City, said chief executive Mohamed Gaballah on Monday.
“The project will include 80 housing units, with contractual sales estimated at 140 million Egyptian pounds ($7.8 million),” Gaballah further added.
The Egyptian official referred that his company is set to start carry out Granda Life on a space of 27 feddans in ten phases at the end of 2019.
“The company plans to launch the project’s second phase, which is to comprise 60 units, by early next month,” he referred.
In addition, the official said Egygab targets revenues worth 1.2 billion pounds and initial investments worth around 500 million pounds from the project.
