Egypt’s state-run El Saeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment is planning to expand overseas by investing in some housing projects in Saudi Arabia, its managing director Sabri Salama announced on Monday.
El Saeed Contracting, affiliated to Holding Co. for Construction and Development (HCCD), is engaged in the provision of general and specialised construction services.
The firm’s strategy focuses on a range of real estate investment activities, such as purchase and sale of land, building units, partition activities, touristic villages, land reclamation and cultivation, necessary infrastructure contracting, among others.
Also, El Saeed Contracting is engaged in the industries and services sectors, as well as commercial agencies. The firm’s subsidiary is Maryland Real Estate Investment Co.
