Egypt’s state-run El Shams for Housing and Development Company says it is planning to complete 850 units in Gardenia Compound project in Sixth of October City at the end of 2017.
These units will be finished at a total cost worth more than 300 million Egyptian pounds ($17 million).
Mahmoud Maghawry, chairman of El Shams, said Sunday that five contractors were assigned with carrying out the construction works of the housing units.
The units are executed in the fourth phase of Gardenia, with total 85 residential buildings, Maghawry added.
El Shams has recently concluded 70 percent of the works, he stated, adding that the company is currently implementing other 26 buildings in Gardenia.
